  1. The main service isn’t clear

A slogan sits where “Kitchen & HDB renovation” should be.

  2. No enquiry action on the first screen

Visitors have to look for the next step.

  3. WhatsApp is at the very bottom

Plain text, not a tap-to-chat link.

Looking good isn’t the same as working well.

Every enquiry follows the same path. We look at each step as your customer would and find the friction that makes the next step harder than it needs to be.

  1. 01 Visitor arrives Slow page
  2. 02 Understands Unclear message
  3. 03 Trusts Weak trust signals
  4. 04 Finds the right service Confusing navigation
  5. 05 Takes action Hidden call to actionWeak mobile experience
  6. 06 Enquiry Difficult contact journey

Stage 01

Visitor arrives

What the customer needs
Something useful on screen quickly, on a phone signal.
What we check
Load time on mobile, heavy images and scripts, and what appears first.

Stage 02

Understands

What the customer needs
To know what you do, for whom and where, in about five seconds.
What we check
The headline, the first screen and whether the main service is named plainly.

Stage 03

Trusts

What the customer needs
Evidence that you are real, current and local.
What we check
Real photos, business details, recent work, clear scope and pricing cues.

Stage 04

Finds the right service

What the customer needs
A short route to the service that matches their problem.
What we check
Menu length, page names and whether services are easy to compare.

Stage 05

Takes action

What the customer needs
One obvious next step, reachable with a thumb.
What we check
The primary action on the first screen, button size and competing calls to action.

Stage 06

Enquiry

What the customer needs
A message that actually reaches you, with minimal effort.
What we check
Form length, tap-to-WhatsApp links and whether submissions arrive.

See your website through your customer’s eyes.

Share your website and what you want it to do better. We’ll review your messaging, mobile experience and enquiry journey, then share the improvements we’d prioritise.

  1. You share your website. A short form that takes about a minute.
  2. Dynavise reviews it on mobile and desktop, as a customer would.
  3. You get the biggest opportunities by email, in plain English.
  4. Where there’s a clear fit, we may suggest a redesign preview. Selected projects only.

3 opportunities we found

  1. The main service isn’t clear on mobile.

Lead with what you do and where. The slogan can move lower.

  2. Customers take too many steps to reach WhatsApp.

A tap-to-chat link in the mobile header shortens the path.

  3. There’s no clear enquiry action on the first screen.

One primary “Get a quote” button above the fold.

Something else? Add your question to your review request and we’ll answer it by email.

Is the Website Review really free?

Yes. It’s a practical first look at your website with no purchase obligation. A redesign preview is reserved for selected, qualified projects. Not every review includes one.

What happens after I request a review?

Dynavise reviews your website and the details you share, looking at it on mobile and desktop as a customer would. We reply by email with the improvements we’d prioritise. If there’s a clear fit, we may suggest a conversation. No obligation.

I don’t have a website yet. Can I still ask?

Yes. Tick “I don’t have a website yet” and tell us what your business does. There’s nothing to review yet, so we’ll reply to discuss whether a Website Launch is a good fit.

What does S$997 include?

The agreed website strategy and build: custom mobile-first design, up to five core pages where appropriate, a clear enquiry flow, basic on-page SEO and Google setup where appropriate, performance and security setup, domain connection, two revision rounds, testing and launch.

Do I need five pages?

No. A focused one-page website may suit your business better. We agree the structure before building. Five pages is a limit, not a target.

What does Care include, and why is there a commitment?

Care covers managed hosting, SSL, backups, monitoring, maintenance, form checks and troubleshooting, plus up to 30 minutes of minor content changes each month (no rollover). It starts at launch with a three-month initial commitment, then continues month-to-month. New features and growth work are quoted separately.

How long does it take?

We target 7–14 business days after we receive the required content, assets and initial payment. Scope, readiness and feedback timing affect the schedule, and we’ll confirm dates before starting.

Who owns the website and domain?

You own your content and the completed website after full payment, and you should own and control your domain. Any third-party licences, reusable components and handover dependencies are documented clearly.

Will a new website guarantee enquiries?

No. The website is designed to make enquiring easier. Results also depend on your traffic, demand, offer and how quickly enquiries are followed up.

Is AI or WhatsApp automation included?

No. A click-to-WhatsApp link can be part of your launch. Automation, AI and integrations are separate, scoped projects, usually once your website is working.

Before you spend anything, see what we’d improve.

Tell us a little about your business and we’ll take a practical look.
